Harshad Kanvinde
Founder & Managing Partner
Harshad Kanvinde is the founder and Managing Partner at Insurge Partners, a strategy and digital innovation firm that helps companies navigate complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions and digital transformation. At Insurge, Harshad leverages his extensive experience in building digital products and deploying advanced analytics to empower businesses with cutting-edge technology.

Prior to founding Insurge, Harshad held leadership roles at Slalom, Amazon, and Ernst & Young (EY). At Slalom, he launched and scaled the global supply chain consulting practice, with operations in 44 offices, serving clients across industries including retail, consumer products, oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, agriculture, and technology, At Amazon, he built innovative digital products to improve logistics and inventory operations for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) business. Before Amazon, Harshad was with EY, where he built a joint venture with Procter & Gamble to commercialize P&G’s manufacturing expertise, driving significant growth over five years.

Harshad holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He recently relocated back to Mumbai with his wife and two children.
David Warrick
Partner
David is a Partner at Insurge Partners and a recognized thought leader in Supply Chain Technology. He spent 23 years at Microsoft, where he served as Supply Chain Technology Officer and General Manager of Global Supply Chain. David led large, cross-functional teams and played a key role in all Microsoft product launches, from Windows 2000 to Surface and Xbox. His leadership was integral to scaling Microsoft’s retail and operations, ensuring efficient logistics, fulfillment, and product availability to support global retail growth.

In addition to his operational expertise, David played a critical role in scouting and engaging with next-generation technology startups, bringing them into Microsoft to drive innovation and enhance supply chain and retail operations. He identified emerging technologies that helped improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

David continues to work closely with early-stage companies, venture capital firms, and tech innovators in Silicon Valley. His deep industry knowledge makes him a sought-after advisor to companies, private equity, and VC firms, helping them navigate new opportunities in technology and operations.
A Chartered Engineer (C.Eng MIET), David holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies (DIS). He is a frequent speaker and mentor in the industry. David lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
Harshavardhan Gokhale
Partner & CTO
Harshavardhan (Harsha) is Partner and CTO at Insurge Partners, with over 22 years of experience in software development and technology innovation. Before joining Insurge, Harsha led technology teams at two startups, building cutting-edge tech products in Cybersecurity and IoT. He has built and led teams of over 500 engineers while remaining deeply involved as a hands-on engineer and builder. Harsha continues to experiment with Generative AI to create intellectual property for Insurge and deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Harsha’s expertise spans a wide range of technology stacks, cloud platforms, and modern frameworks, enabling him to design robust solutions that address complex business challenges. He is passionate about applying Generative AI to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive transformation across industries such as Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Products.

Harsha has consistently fostered high-performing teams and successfully guided projects from concept to deployment. He has also formed strategic partnerships with Amazon and Microsoft, maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure that innovative solutions are aligned with client needs.
Harsha holds a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI Mumbai and lives in Pune, India with his wife and son.
